摘　　要：保障电子文件的真实性是推动电子文件单轨制管理实践的首要技术支点。研究从技术视角出发,以电子文件真实性保障的技术条件为切入点,首先明确了单轨制管理模式下电子文件真实性的涵盖内容、结构、背景信息三要素,其次以X工程电子文档管理系统建设实践为例,结合项目创设的PKI公钥基础设施以及CA系统架构总结项目采用的基础型和应用型两类关键技术,探讨单轨制管理模式下电子文件真实性保障的技术策略。Ensuring the authenticity of electronic files is the primary technical fulcrum to promote the practice of single track management of electronic files.From the technical point of view,taking the technical conditions of authenticity assurance of electronic files as the starting point,the study first clarified the three elements of authenticity of electronic files under the single-track management mode:content,structure,and background information.Taking construction practice as an example,combining the PKI public key infrastructure created by the project and the CA system architecture to summarize the basic and application key technologies used in the project,the technical strategy of authenticity assurance of electronic files under the monorail management mode is discussed.
