摘　　要：医院人事档案影响着医院人力资源管理的科学性与及时性。面对较为严重的新冠肺炎疫情,医院在控制疫情扩散、提供有效人力方面承担着重要职责。疫情的联防联控需要大量的医务人员参与,且基于数据时代特征可知,当前的医院人事档案建设工作将变得更加高效、精准,而通过进一步加强医院人事档案的信息化建设,将能够在特殊时期具有更高的人力资源调配能力,从而保障充分发挥出医院人力资源效益。本文在分析医院人事档案信息资源建设活动时,从档案数据管理的视角出发,通过探究医院人事档案信息资源建设现状,提出有效的人事档案信息资源建设与部署策略。The personnel file of a hospital determines the science and timeliness of human resources management in a hospital.In the face of a relatively severe epidemic of new pneumonia,the hospital has an important responsibility in controlling the spread of the epidemic and providing effective manpower.The joint prevention and control of the epidemic requires the participation of a large number of medical personnel,and based on the characteristics of the data era,the current construction of hospital personnel files will become more efficient and accurate.By further strengthening the informationization of hospital personnel files,it will be able to The period has a higher human resources deployment ability,so as to ensure the full play of the hospital's human resources benefits.This article analyzes the construction of hospital personnel file information resources,from the perspective of data management,explores the current situation of hospital personnel file information resource construction,and proposes effective personnel file information resource construction and deployment strategies.
