摘　　要：目的研究对重症监护病房(ICU)中的重症创伤患者使用损伤控制策略进行护理干预,观察其临床效果。方法选取2018年1~12月在我院就诊的重症创伤且实施损伤控制策略且具有完整资料的严重创伤患者78例。按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组行常规护理,研究组加用基于损伤控制策略护理方案。结果观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,死亡率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU重症创伤患者的治疗过程中,使用常规护理联合基于损伤控制策略护理进行干预能够提高ICU多发伤的救治情况,提升治疗效果,对患者预后也有很大作用,值得临床推广。Objective To study the patients with severe trauma in the intensive care unit(ICU)who are given the injury control strategy for nursing intervention,and to observe and analyze the clinical effects.Methods A total of 78 patients with severe trauma who underwent injury control strategy and had complete data in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected in the study.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given nursing measures for intervention.The study group was given routine nursing measures and a nursing plan based on injury control strategy.Results The surgery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the mortality was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with severe trauma in ICU,the use of routine nursing combined with interventions based on injury control strategy can improve the multiple injuries in ICU and improve the therapeutic effect.It also has a great effect on the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
