小建中汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗消化道溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小建中汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗消化道溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取86例消化道溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服小建中汤。统计并分析2组患者的治疗总有效率以及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为97.67%,显著高于对照组88.37%(P<0.05)。观察组Hp转阴率为81.58%,高于对照组63.89%(P<0.05)。结论:小建中汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗消化道溃疡,能够促进溃疡愈合,清除幽门螺杆菌感染,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaojianzhong tang combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules for digestive tract ulcer. Methods:Selected 86 cases of patients with digestive tract ulcer as the study subjects and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given the oral administration of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and the observation group was additionally given Xiaojianzhong tang. Recorded and analyzed the total effective rate of treatment and the infection status of helicobacter pylori(Hp) of patients in the two groups. Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was97.67%,being evidently higher than that of 88.37% in the control group(P<0.05). The Hp negative rate in the observation group was 81.58%, being higher than that of 63.89% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Xiaojianzhong tang combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules for digestive tract ulcer can promote the ulcer healing and eliminate helicobacter pylori infection,it is worthy of chinical promotion and application.
