小儿咳喘灵口服液联合常规疗法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿咳喘灵口服液辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:纳入97例咳喘变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象,依据简单随机法分为对照组50例和观察组47例,对照组采用常规西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿咳喘灵口服液治疗,观察并比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后咳嗽症状积分、血清转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平、气道反应性指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组日间及夜间咳嗽症状积分、血清TGF-β水平、IFN-γ水平、气道反应性指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组日间及夜间咳嗽症状积分、血清TGF-β水平均下降,观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);2组IFN-γ水平、气道反应性指标均上升,观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:小儿咳喘灵口服液辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效安全,可降低血清TGF-β水平,促进IFN-γ分泌,并降低气道高反应性,减缓哮喘发作。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the adjuvant therapy of Xiao’er Kechuanling oral liquid for cough variant asthma in children. Methods:A total of 97 cases of children with cough variant asthma were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the control group and the observation group by simple random sampling method,50 and 47 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Kechuanling oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the symptom scores of cough,the levels of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) as well as the indexes of airway responsiveness before and after treatment were observed and compared in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,when compared the symptom scores of cough in daytime and at night,the levels of TGF-β and IFN-γ in serum, and the indexes of airway responsiveness in the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the symptom scores of cough in daytime and at night and the levels of TGF-β in serum in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IFN-γ and the indexes of airway responsiveness in the two groups were increased,and the increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). During the treatment, there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion: The adjuvent therapy of Xiao’er Kechuanling oral liquid has safe curative effect in treating cough variant asthma in children,which can reduce the level of TGF-β in serum,promote the secretion of IFN-γ,decrease airway responsiveness and relieve asthma attack.
