摘　　要：目的:观察二步松解法联合局部封闭治疗冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:选取60例冻结肩患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用局部封闭治疗,治疗组采用二步松解法联合局部封闭治疗,每周1次,2组均治疗3周。记录患者治疗前后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、肩关节活动度,治疗后评价疗效并进行对比。结果:治疗后,2组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组肩关节活动度均较治疗前改善,治疗组肩关节活动度改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二步松解法联合局部封闭治疗冻结肩疗效满意。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of two-step release method combined with local block for frozen shoulder. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with frozen shoulder were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local block, and the treatment group was additionally treated with two-step release method based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated once a week for three weeks. Before and after treatment,Constant-Murley Shoulder Outcome Score and range of motion of shoulder joint were recorded. After treatment,the curative effect was evaluated and compared. Results:After treatment, the Constant-Murley Shoulder Outcome Scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.01);there was no significant difference being found in the scores in the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the range of motion of shoulder joint in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of two-step release method combined with local block for frozen shoulder has satisfying curative effect, and can better improve range of motion of shoulder joint than that of simple local block.
