2014-2016年北京市20所高校社区医院口服抗高血压药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京高校社区医院抗高血压药物的使用情况。方法采用回顾性方法,对2014-2016年北京20所高校社区医院采购的社区零差价药品中口服抗高血压药物的品种、数量、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果 2014-2016年20所高校社区医院采购的抗高血压药物采购金额占化学药品采购金额分别为36.03%、34.20%、33.25%。采购金额、DDDs排序均居前2位的是钙通道阻滞剂、β受体拮抗剂,而血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂的销售金额、DDDs相对稳定,利尿剂、传统复方制剂呈下降趋势。钙通道阻滞剂中,苯磺酸氨氯地平片、硝苯地平控释片、左旋氨氯地平片销售金额、DDDs排序居前3位。结论抗高血压药已成为20所高校社区医院消耗医疗资源较多的一类药,医院口服抗高血压药的使用情况基本符合《中国高血压防治指南基层版》(2017年版)用药原则,钙通道阻滞剂占主导地位。Objective To understand the use of antihypertensive drugs in community hospitals of universities in Beijing.Methods The retrospective method was used to analyze the types,quantity,defined daily dose system(DDDs) and defined daily cost(DDC) of oral antihypertensive drugs purchased from 20 community hospitals in Beijing from 2014 to2016.Results From 2014 to 2016,the purchasing amount of antihypertensive drugs in 20 community hospitals accounted for 36.03%,34.20% and 33.25% of the purchasing amount of chemical drugs,respectively.Calcium channel blockers and beta-blockers ranked the first two in the order in the amounts of purchase and DDDs,while the sales and DDDs of angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitors,and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers were relatively stable,but the sales and DDDs of diuretics and traditional compound preparations showed a downward trend.Among the calcium channel blockers,amlodipine besylate tablets(Luohuoxi),nifedipine controlled-release tablets(Baixintong),levoamlodipine tablets(Shihuida) ranked the top three in terms of sales amount and DDDs.Conclusion Antihypertensive drugs have become a class of drugs that consume more medical resources in 20 community hospitals of colleges and universities.The use of oral antihypertensives in the hospitals basically conforms to the medication principles of the Basic Edition of the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China(2017 edition).Calcium channel blockers predominate.
