摘　　要：本文探讨了医学生职业生涯规划教育课程改革的差异性、实效性、全程化原则和主要内容,总结了课程改革实践中取得的教学成效,具体分析了存在问题,为提高医学生职业生涯规划教学的实效性提供参考。This paper discusses the differences,effectiveness,whole-process principles and main elements of the curriculum reform in career planning education for medical students.The study focuses on the teaching problem setting,teaching content selection,teaching method application and teaching effect evaluation in teaching practice.Then it summarizes the teaching results obtained in the practice of curriculum reform,analyzes the existing problems,and provides references for improving the effectiveness of the teaching in medical students’ career planning.
