气排球与硬式排球技术教学实验对比研究

摘　　要：在传统的体验教学中,只要求学生要掌握硬式排球技术,因此教师在进行教学的过程中,会较为注重关于硬式排球相关技术的教导。但是初学者会在长期的训练中容易受伤,而气排球则更为轻便,更加容易培养学生的学习兴趣,也适合普及推广。主要分析气排球与硬式排球的技术以及学生的学习效果,以便于教师实施混合教学,提升教学效果。In traditional experience teaching,students only need to master hard volleyball technology.Therefore,teachers should pay more attention to the teaching of hard volleyball related technology in the process of teaching.However,beginners will be easily injured in long-term training,while gas volleyball is more portable,and it is easier to cultivate students’ interest in learning,and it is also suitable for popularization.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the technology of gas volleyball and hard volleyball and the learning effect of students,so that teachers can implement mixed teaching and improve teaching effect.
