摘 要:笔者介绍了MEF移动式制备站的乳胶基质制备工艺、BCJ-2型装药车的工作原理和地下中深孔装药乳胶基质的要求,并就乳化炸药现场混装技术在银山矿地下中深孔多种复杂环境的应用情况进行分析。实践证明,现场混装乳化炸药在复杂环境中具有粉状铵油炸药不具备的装药优势;通过对装药结构和爆破网路进行优化,使得现场混装乳化炸药在银山矿业地下中深孔中得到了较好的应用,并且取得了良好的综合效益,能满足银山矿业地下中深孔采矿试验装药爆破要求。This paper introduces the latex matrix preparation technology of MEF mobile preparation station,the working principle of BCJ-2 type charging vehicle and the requirements of the underground medium and deep hole charging latex matrix,and analyzes the application of emulsion explosive field mixed technology in the underground medium and deep hole complex environment of Yinshan mining. Practice has proved that the field mixed emulsion explosive has the charge advantage that the powder ammonium oil explosive does not have in the complex environment. Through the optimization of charging structure and blasting network,the field mixed emulsion explosive has been well applied in the underground middle and deep hole of Yinshan mining,and obtained good comprehensive benefits,which can meet the requirements of the underground medium and deep hole mining test charge blasting.
