某三甲医院2007-2018年国家自然基金立项情况分析

摘　　要：目的:统计分析兵团某三甲医院2007-2018年获得国家自然基金资助项目,探讨某院国家自然基金项目申报工作的不足,为进一步做好国自然申报工作提供建议。方法:图表结合分析获资助国家自然项目的类别、项目负责人年龄、学历、职称结构和学科分布。结果:2007-2018年共申请国自然项目522项,获资助83项,整体资助率为16%,获资助经费3351万元,其中:地区基金占87.95%,面上项目占4.8%,青年基金占3.6%,其他类别项目占3.6%;项目负责人中博士研究生占76%,高级职称负责人占90%;负责人年龄分布在36~50岁之间,占总数的78%;获资助学科基本上是医院的优势学科,多为国家级或兵团级重点专科。结论:某院国家自然基金项目类型单一,仍以地区科学基金项目为主体,面上项目和青年科学基金项目缺少后劲;项目中标率有待提高;人才流失严重,青年人才储备不足;学科发展不均衡,弱势学科的科研素质和科研能力有待进一步提高;需从管理上继续完善,从而改善某院的国家自然资金申报和立项情况。Objective:A statistical analysis of a triple-A hospital in the Corps received the National Natural Science Fund-funded project in 2007-2018.To find the inadequacies of the application for the National Fund Project of a certain hospital to provide suggestions for further national natural declaration work.Methods:Charts and tables were used to show the types of natural projects,age,educational background,title structure and discipline distribution of the sponsored person.Results:Regional funds accounted for 87.95%of the total,national nature general projects accounted for 4.8%,youth funds accounted for 3.6%,other categories accounted for 3.6%;76%of project leaders with PhD degree;senior titles accounted for 90%;the age of responsible person distribution between 36 and 50 years old,accounting for 78%of the total;the funded disciplines are basically the dominant disciplines of the hospital,most of them are national or corps-level key specialties.Conclusion:the type of the National Natural Science Fund project of a certain triple-A hospital applied is simple and it is still based on regional science fund projects.The number of the people acquired National Nature general projects and youth science fund projects is unsustainable growth;the gain rate of the project needs to be improved;the brain drain remains serious,the young talent pool is insufficient and the discipline development is imbalance.The quality and ability of scientific research of the weak subject need to be improved;it is necessary to improve the scientific management for improving the number and gain rate of application of national natural fund.
