摘 要:由于注聚井发育的差异,按照区块平均状况设计注入浓度,会造成聚合物浪费。因此,研究了注入浓度量化评分方法,首先利用灰色关联分析法优选3项静态参数和3项动态参数,然后根据专家经验法得出各参数的权重值,最后根据各参数权重值和赋值标准给出单井注入浓度。A区块应用注入浓度量化评分方法设计后,在达到相同采收率的情况下,比类似区块节约聚合物用量31.5%,创效4 819.5万元。注入浓度量化评分方法能够保证区块开发效果的情况下,有效控制聚合物用量。due to the difference in the development of polymer injection Wells, the injection concentration designed according to the average condition of the block will cause polymer waste.For this reason, the quantitative grading method of injection concentration was studied. Firstly,three static parameters and three dynamic parameters were optimized by grey correlation analysis.Then, the weight value of each parameter was obtained by expert experience method. After the design of the quantization scoring method of injection concentration in block A, the amount of polymer was saved by 31.5% and the effect was 48.195 million yuan when the same recovery rate was achieved. The injection concentration quantization scoring method can effectively control the amount of polymer under the condition of ensuring the effect of block development.
