摘 要:目的:检测冠心病患者外周血单个核细胞microRNA-33表达情况与疾病之间的关系.方法:收集本院22例冠心病患者和20例对照者的血液样品,采用荧光定量PCR检测外周血单个核细胞microRNA-33的表达,同时检测患者红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)两个血液指标,分析各变量的相关性.结果:冠心病患者单个核细胞中microRNA-33表达量,明显低于对照组;RDW与Hs-CRP,则冠心病组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病组microRNA-33相对表达量与RDW、hs-CRP都显示不相关(P>0.05).结论:microRNA-33与冠心病发生存在一定的相关性,为探讨冠心病的发病提供新线索.Objective:We attempted to detect the expression of microRNA-33 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from 22 coronary heart disease patients and 20 controls,the expression of inicroRNA-33 was detected by Real-time qPCR.At the same time,the blood parameters of erythrocyte volume distribution width(RDW)and hypersensitive C—reactive protein(hs—CRP)were measured,and the correlation of each variable was analyzed.Results:The expression of inicroRNA—33 was down—regulated in coronary heart disease patients,RDW and Hs—CRP were significantly higher in CHD group than in control group(P<0.05).The relative expression of microRNA—33 in CHD group was not correlated with RDW and hs—CRP(P>0.05).Conclusion:microRNA—33 was involved in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,this study indicated that microRNA—33 maybe a potential prevention basis involved in micro RNA-33.
