摘　　要：目的:新型核酸提取方法(圣湘一步法)在人类乳头瘤病毒核酸检测的临床应用评估.方法:临床收集尖锐湿疣患者生殖道标本100例及宫颈病变患者生殖道标本200例,分别用中山大学达安基因公司的煮沸法试剂和湖南圣湘生物科技公司的一步法试剂进行HPV低危型和高危型DNA定量检测实验,比较两种方法的灵敏度,重复性,结果一致性.结果:一步法相对煮沸法有更高的灵敏度和更好的重复性,对两种方法的结果进行Kappa检验一致性分析,结果Kappa值=0.912,两种方法具有较好的一致性.结论:两种方法结果一致性较高,但一步法试剂盒更方便快捷且有更高的灵敏度和更好的重复性,所以更适合广泛应用于临床实验.Objective:The present study aims to analyze the sensibility,repeatability and accuracy of Sansure one step method for HPV nucleic acid extraction.Methods:The extraction of HPV-DNA in 100 cases were from verruca acuminate and 200 cases were collected from cervical lesions.The sensibility,repeatability and accuracy were compared with boiling method and one—step method Results:O ne—step method of Sansure has better advantage in sensibility,repeatability and accuracy.The value of Kappa was 0.912,wich indicated that there was a high degree of consistency.Conclusion:The one—step method ot HPV DNA extraction has better advantage in sensibility and repeatability.
