摘 要:船内液货转运系统作为实现船-岸、船-船液货输运的关键系统,其设计优化效果常利用静态计算与动态仿真来评估系统的运行性能、泵和管路的优化配置与液货传输时间。由于系统中存在动力泵,传统的管网有限元算法无法实现。引入虚拟管的概念,提出适用于带泵管网的新算法,将带泵管段与无泵管段分开考虑,并对带泵管段进行特殊处理,相应的更改平衡方程组的列法,使其适合复杂管路的设计和动力配置的计算。利用算法对有泵管网算例的迭代计算,得到了相应的计算结果。计算表明新算法通用性强,具有良好的收敛性。Liquid cargo transport system in ship as a key system for ship-shore,ship-ship transportation,static calculation and dynamic simulation are often used in its design optimization to evaluate the performance of the system,the optimal allocation of pump and pipeline and delivery time of liquid goods.Due to the existence of power pump in the system,the traditional finite element method of pipe network can not be realized.Introducing the concept of virtu-al tube,propose a new algorithm for the pipe network with pump,separate the pump section from the non-pump sec-tion,and take special treatment of the pipe section with the pump,change the corresponding method for the equilibri-um equations to make it suitable for the design of complex pipelines and the calculation of dynamic configuration.The computation shows that the algorithm is versatile and has good convergence.
