摘　　要：代谢综合征是肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常和高血压的集合,其发生发展中伴随血管内皮的损伤,是心脑血管病变的危险因素。近年来,诸多研究发现自噬与代谢综合征相关血管内皮损伤关系密切,自噬水平的抑制伴随着代谢综合征相关心脑血管并发症的出现。现就目前国内外研究现状进行简要综述如下。Metabolic syndrome is a collection of obesity,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia and hypertension,its occurrence and development are accompanied by vascular endothelial injury,which is a risk factor of cardiocerebrovascular disease.In recent years,many studies have found the close relationship between autophagy and vascular endothelial injury related to metabolic syndrome(MS),and the inhibition of autophagy level is accompanied by MS related cardiocerebrovascular complication appearance.The article briefly reviewed the status quo of the researches at home and abroad at present.
