摘　　要：精准扶贫是我国扶贫攻坚的工作重点。现阶段,完善精准扶贫瞄准考核机制、资金监管机制、多元主体参与机制等一系列政治机制是扶贫工作有效进行的根本保证,是打好脱贫攻坚战的有利武器,也是对政府社会治理能力的有利诠释。Targeted poverty alleviation is the focus of China s poverty alleviation work.At present,we will improve the targeted assessment of poverty alleviation.A series of political mechanisms,including the mechanism for supervision of funds and the mechanism for participation of diverse subjects,are effectively carried out in the work of poverty alleviation.The fundamental guarantee is an effective weapon in the fight against poverty and a favorable interpretation of the government s capacity for social governance.
