摘  要:介绍了裂解汽油抽提生产苯乙烯工艺在镇海项目上的成功应用,总结了防止苯乙烯聚合的措施有降低系统操作温度、缩短高浓度苯乙烯物料在高温区域停留时间、在精馏塔加注阻聚剂等。乙烯装置汽油分馏塔中上部也是苯乙烯、茚等聚合物质浓度较高的部位,借鉴苯乙烯抽提工艺防聚合措施,制定了防聚合方案,实现了装置长周期运行。This paper introduces the successful application of extraction process of styrene from pyrolysis gasoline in Zhenhai Project, and summarizes the measures for preventing styrene polymerization such as reducing the operating temperature of the system,shortening the residence time of high concentration styrene material in high temperature zone, and adding inhibitors into distillation column. The upper and middle sections of gasoline fractionator in ethylene plant are easily blocked due to the high concentrations of polymers such as styrene and indene. Drawing lessons from the anti-polymerization measures of styrene extraction process,an anti-polymerization scheme is formulated for ethylene plant to achieve long-term operation.
