摘　　要：目的对比白醋湿敷联合激光照射与硫酸镁热湿敷治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法纳入我院收治的160例静脉炎患者,依据治疗方案将其分为参照组和研讨组,每组80例。参照组给予硫酸镁湿敷治疗,研讨组给予白醋湿敷联合激光照射治疗,对2组临床疗效和满意度进行比较分析。结果研讨组总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研讨组满意度高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白醋湿敷联合激光照射治疗静脉炎疗效显著,可有效提升患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the efficacy ofwhite vinegar wet compress combined with laser irradiation in the treatment of phlebitis with magnesium sulfate hot wet compress. Methods A total of 160 patients with phlebitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. According to the treatment plan,they were divided into reference group and study group,80 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the study group was given white vinegar wet compress combined with laser irradiation treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups was observed. The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion White vinegar wet compress combined with laser irradiation is effective in treating phlebitis. It can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of patients. It has high clinical application value and is worthy of popularization and application in phlebitis treatment.
