摘 要:由于某些钢筋混凝土叠合梁立交桥无法实现大吨位或者同步顶升,针对此问题,利用有限元软件建立了桥梁上部结构模型,研究了钢梁在两端、中部顶升及两端分步顶升、一次顶升2种工况条件下对钢梁力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:混凝土叠合梁两端依次顶升与回落、两侧分步顶升与一次顶升对钢梁力学性能响应的影响较小,但两侧分步顶升更利于控制混凝土桥面板裂缝;中部一次顶升比两端分步顶升所需顶力较大,可以采用两端分步顶升的方法替代中部顶升。Because some reinforced concrete composite beam overpasses can not achieve large tonnage or synchronous jacking, aiming at this problem, the upper structure model of the bridge is established by using the finite element software, and the influence of steel beam on the mechanical properties of the steel beam under two working conditions of two ends, middle jacking, two ends step jacking and one jacking is studied. The research results show that: the two ends of the composite concrete beam rise and fall in turn, the two sides step-by-step jacking and one-time jacking have little influence on the mechanical performance response of the steel beam, but the two sides step-by-step jacking is more conducive to control the cracks of the concrete bridge deck;the middle one-time jacking needs more jacking force than the two ends step-by-step jacking, so the two ends step jacking can be used instead of the middle jacking.
