摘 要:下拖特大桥位于高原寒冷地区的两河口水电站库区。因墩高较高,采用常规施工技术不能满足工程要求,通过对传统模板施工和ZPM爬模悬臂模板施工方案比选,确定采用ZPM爬模悬臂模板施工方案为最优方案。针对工程所在地的工程地质条件及高原寒冷地区多模板变截面高墩的施工特点,采取了对应的质量及安全保障措施,同时也形成了整套可复制性强的高墩快速施工技术。实践证明,该项技术不仅可以满足工程进度和质量及安全文明施工要求,同时在节约工期和成本方面也取得了很好的效果。Xiatuo super bridge is located in the reservoir area of Lianghekou Hydropower Station in the cold plateau area. Due to the high pier height, the conventional construction technology can not meet the engineering requirements. Through the comparison of the traditional formwork construction and the ZPM climbing formwork cantilever construction scheme, it is determined that the ZPM climbing formwork cantilever construction scheme is the optimal scheme. According to the engineering geological conditions of the project site and the construction characteristics of multi formwork variable cross-section high pier in the plateau cold area, the corresponding quality and safety assurance measures are taken, and a complete set of high pier rapid construction technology with strong replicability is formed. It has been proved that the technology can not only meet the requirements of project progress, quality and safe and civilized construction, but also save the construction period and cost.
