摘 要:降低工程建造成本已经成为建筑企业永恒的议题,论文分析了工程材料采购管理存在的主要问题:一是管理体制相对落后、工作人员责任心不强;二是承包商与供应商缺乏长效合作;三是材料采购中间信息不对称;四是采购过程中容易出现违规、违法行为。继而,分析了JIT采购在建筑工程中的必要性及可行性,进行了JIT与EOQ在工程材料采购管理领域的比较与思考,认为JIT采购模式追求的低库存、不定量采购是EOQ订货模式的突破和发展。Reducing the cost of engineering construction has become an eternal issue for construction companies. This paper analyzes the main problems in the procurement management of engineering materials. First, the management system is relatively backward, the responsibility of staff is not strong, and the second is the lack of long-term cooperation between contractors and suppliers. Third, the information in the middle of material procurement is asymmetrical. Fourth, it is prone to violations and illegal activities in the procurement process. Then, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of JIT procurement in construction engineering. Finally, it compares and thinks about JIT and EOQ in the field of engineering materials procurement management. It is believed that the low inventory and non-quantitative procurement pursued by JIT procurement model is the breakthrough and development of EOQ ordering mode.
