摘 要:将有机杀菌剂4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(DCOIT)以适当浓度物理共混于聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中来制备一种新型的抗污染膜.实验表明,DCOIT含量为3%的PVDF-DCOIT复合中空纤维膜具有最佳性能.相比PVDF膜,PVDF-DCOIT复合中空纤维膜亲水性和纯水通量分别提升了22.9%和64.6%.SEM、EDS和AFM表征分析也反映出更好的表面形貌和更加光滑的膜表面,这些因素都有利于膜污染的缓解.在抗污染实验中,添加DCOIT后牛血清白蛋白、海藻酸钠和腐殖酸对膜表面的污染降低了26%、120%和74%;而在厌氧污泥中PVDF-DCOIT复合中空纤维膜的通量恢复效率也提高了39%.Organic biocide 4,5-dichloro-N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(DCOIT) is physically blended with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) in proper concentration to explore the preparation of novel antifouling membrane. The experimental results show that the PVDF-DCOIT composite hollow fiber membrane with 3% DCOIT has the optimum comprehensive performance. Compared with PVDF membrane, the hydrophilicity and pure water flux of the PVDF-DCOIT composite hollow fiber membranes are improved by 22.9% and 64.6%, respectively. The characteristics of SEM, EDS and AFM also show that the PVDF-DCOIT composite hollow fiber membranes have better morphologies and smoother surface, which are beneficial to the alleviation of membrane fouling. In the antifouling experiments, the membrane fouling quantities of PVDF-DCOIT composite hollow fiber membranes in bovine serum albumin(BSA), sodium alginate(SA) and humic acid(HA) are reduced by 26%, 120% and 74%. Moreover, the flux recovery efficiency of PVDF-DCOIT composite hollow fiber membranes in anaerobic sludges is also increased by 39%.
