环境因素对纸面石膏板断裂荷载影响研究

摘　　要：断裂荷载是纸面石膏板重要的力学性能参数。对实验室温度、湿度等环境因素对断裂荷载的影响进行试验研究,结果表明:湿度对石膏板断裂荷载影响较大,相对湿度从50%升至75%,断裂荷载逐步下降,纵向断裂荷载降低幅度达12.7%,横向断裂荷载降低幅度达9.2%。温度则影响较小,环境温度从20℃升至35℃,纸面石膏板断裂荷载变化幅度很小。研究为纸面石膏板的安装施工,试验检测等提供技术参考。Flexural strength is an important mechanical property parameter of gypsum board.Experimental research on the effects of environmental factors such as laboratory temperature and humidity on the fracture load,the results show that:the humidity has more influence on flexural strength,as humidity from 50% up to 75%,longitudinal flexural strength reduced 12.7%;transverse flexural strength reduced 9.2%.The temperature has less influence on flexural strength,as temperature from 20℃ up to 35℃,flexural strength of gypsum plasterboard only has a little change.The study provides technical reference for the installation and construction of paper plasterboard,test and inspection.
