摘 要:OPG-RANKL-RANK系统是影响骨重建平衡的关键信号通路,雌激素水平改变,可通过ER/RANK途径影响破骨细胞的形成和骨吸收活性,进而影响骨代谢平衡。PM2.5是大气污染中的关键细颗粒物,表面积大,可捕获许多不同化合物来活化多环芳烃受体,直接或者间接影响骨细胞雌激素受体的促转录活性、干扰类固醇激素信号,使雌激素受体(ER)与雌二醇结合降低,进而引起一系列的骨代谢相关疾病。文章主要就PM2.5影响骨代谢与ER/RANK通路的相关性进行综述。OPG-RANKL-RANK system is the key signal pathway that affects the balance of bone remodeling.The change of estrogen level can affect osteoclast formation and bone resorption activity through ER/RANK pathway,and then affect the balance of bone metabolism.PM2.5 is a key fine particle in air pollution with large surface area,which can capture many different compounds to activate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon receptors,directly or indirectly affect the transcriptional activity of estrogen receptors in osteocytes,interfere with steroid signals,reduce the binding of estrogen receptor(ER) to estradiol,and then cause a series of bone metabolism-related diseases.This article mainly reviews the relationship between the effect of PM2.5 on bone metabolism and ER/RANK pathway.
