关于加快国家承接产业转移示范区建设的对策研究——基于湘南湘西示范区的实践

摘　　要：承接产业转移是促进区域协调发展的重要途径。以湘南湘西示范区承接产业转移实践的研究表明,湘南湘西承接产业转移示范区建设依然存在区域联动发展不足、重复建设、生态环境压力大等问题。要建设好示范区,需进一步在突出产业承接重点、优化产业承接布局,提升产业承接能力、推进产业创新升级等方面下功夫。Industry transfer is an important way to promote regional coordinated development. Based on the practice of undertaking industrial transfer in the demonstration area of south and west hunan, it is shown that the construction of the demonstration area of south and west hunan undertaking industrial transfer still has problems such as insufficient regional linkage development, repeated construction and great pressure on ecological environment. To build a good demonstration area, further efforts should be made in highlighting the focus of industrial undertaking, optimizing the layout of industrial undertaking, improving industrial undertaking capacity, and promoting industrial innovation and upgrading.
