米力农在急诊治疗心力衰竭中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊治疗心力衰竭中给予米力农对患者心功能及疗效的影响。方法选择本院2016年5月-2019年2月收治的64例心力衰竭患者,随机分为2组,各32例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用米力农治疗。比较2组心功能、醛固酮水平、血浆肾素活度、血清N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及疗效。结果观察组心功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组醛固酮水平(92.67±6.31)μg/L、血浆肾素活度(1.96±0.36)μg/L、NT-proBNP(3 762.54±258.90)ng/L及治疗总有效率96.88%,对照组分别为(83.60±6.50)μg/L、(1.20±0.31)μg/L、(2 588.62±158.47)ng/L、81.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者急诊治疗中给予米力农疗效显著,可有效改善患者心功能,提高醛固酮水平、血浆肾素活度、NT-proBNP等指标。Objective To investigate the effect of milrinone on cardiac function and curative effect in emergency treatment of heart failure. Methods A total of 64 patients with heart failure admitted to a hospital from May 2016 to February2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group, with 32 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given the routine treatment, and the patients in the trial group were treated with milrinone on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function, aldosterone level, serum renin activity, NT-proBNP, and therapeutic effect were investigated and compared between two groups. Results The cardiac function indexes in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The aldosterone level [(92.67±6.31) μg/L], serum renin activity [(1.96±0.36) μg/L],NT-proBNP [(3 762.54±258.90) ng/L], and the total effective rate(96.88%) in the trial group were significantly higher than those in control group [(83.60±6.50) μg/L,(1.20±0.31) μg/L,(2 588.62±158.47) ng/L, and 81.25%],(P < 0.05). Conclusion Milrinone is effective in the emergency treatment of patients with heart failure. It can effectively improve the cardiac function, aldosterone level, plasma renin activity, NT-proBNP and other indexes in patients with heart failure.
