包钢炼焦煤资源和7m焦炉配煤结构变化分析

摘　　要：文章对包钢近年来所用炼焦煤资源进行了梳理总结,在炼焦煤资源供需变化的情况下,从炼焦煤资源地域性变化趋势和品种变化趋势两方面,分析了7 m焦炉配煤结构的特征和随资源状况的改变,以及对应焦炭质量的变化,研究了在焦炭质量满足高炉生产需求的前提下煤种间的替代,同时对配煤结构的继续优化提出建议。In this paper,it is summarized the coking coal resources used by Baotou Steel in recent years.With the changes of supply and demand for coking coal resources,the characteristics of coal blending structure for 7 m coke oven as well as the changes of it and coke quality with the changes of resources are analyzed from the regional variation and variety variation trends of coking coal resources.Moreover,the coal substitution under the premise that the coke quality meets the manufacture requirements of blast furnace is studied and some suggestions on continuing to optimize the coal blending structure are put forward.
