摘  要:通过优化钙处理过程氩气流量提高脱氧产物上浮到钢渣中效果、改进中包结构改善流场促进夹杂物上浮等措施,实现钢水T[O]<0.0015%,有效减少了钢水中Al2O3夹杂物的数量,板卷DWTT性能符合标准要求,实现了稳定开发生产22 mm厚X80M管线钢热轧钢带的目的。In this paper,it is introduced the T[O]<0.0015%is realized by such measures as optimizing the argon flow in calcium treatment process to improve the effects that deoxidation products float up into steel slag and improving the structure of tundish to improve flow field so that the flotation of inclusions is accelerated.As a result,the amount of Al2O3 inclusions in molten steel is effectively reduced,the DWTT properties of coiled sheet could meet the standard requirements as well as the aim of stable development and production of 22 mm thick hot-rolled strip with X80M pipeline steel was realized.
