摘  要:包钢在大方坯SWRH82B的质量控制方面,开展了大量的技术攻关和工艺优化研究。文章通过炼钢生产中转炉、炉外精炼、连铸工艺夹杂物控制的关键技术进行研究与优化,提升了铸坯夹杂物控制水平,铸坯中夹杂物的数量与形态尺寸得到有效控制与改善。A large number of technological breakthrough and process optimization researches on quality control of bloom SWRH82B of Baotou Steel have been carried out.In this paper,it is introduced the control level for inclusions of casting blank is improved as well as the amount,shape and size of inclusions in bloom are effectively controlled and improved through studying and optimizing the key technologies of controlling inclusions for converter,external refining and continuous casting process in steel making.
