摘 要:针对热轧低碳钢卷开卷过程中出现的横纹缺陷,运用弹塑性力学、金属学等知识分析了钢卷在开卷、矫直过程中的弯曲变形、应力分布、屈服平台和形变时效等问题,认为板形问题不是引起横纹缺陷的主要原因,而是由低碳钢普遍存在的屈服平台引起的,从而为解决横纹缺陷提供了依据。In the paper,it is introduced such problems as bending deformation,stress distribution,yield point elongation and strain aging of steel coils in the processes of uncoiling and straightening are analyzed with such knowledge as elastic-plastic mechanics and metal science aiming at the cross cracks defect during uncoiling hot rolled low carbon steel coil.It is considered that the main cause for cross cracks defect is not the problem of strip shape,but the yield point elongation common for low carbon steel so that the basis for eliminating the cross cracks defect is provided.
