摘　　要：上海城市空间艺术季在成功举办两届后,于2019年来到杨浦滨江。与往届不同的是,本次艺术季从室内走到了室外,以整个杨浦滨江南段5.5 km的公共空间为展场。作为总建筑师团队,作者早在2014年就投入到杨浦滨江南段公共空间的城市更新设计工作中,在部分区段建成开放后,杨浦滨江南段终于在2019年9月实现了全线贯通,并与2019城市空间艺术季同步开放。文章以触发公共空间的公共性为切入点,分别从身体的公共性、认知的公共性和精神的公共性三个层面探讨在本次城市空间艺术季的公共艺术和公共活动的触发下,以开放性和包容性为导向的工业遗存再生改造所呈现出的令人欣喜的公共性。After two successful editions,the Shanghai Urban Space Art Season(SUSAS) came to Yangpu Riverside in 2019.Different from the previous ones,this year SUSAS moved from the indoor to the outdoor,with 5.5 km long public space along the Yangpu South Riverside as the exhibition space.As the chief architects of the event,our engagement with the design of public spaces as part of urban regeneration along the south part of Yangpu Riverside can trace back to 2014.After the completion and opening of partial sections,the entire Yangpu South Riverside was fully connected in September 2019,coinciding with the opening of 2019 SUSAS.This article takes the activation of the publicity of public space as the starting point and discusses the publicity of physical body,cognition of publicity and publicity of the spirit,respectively.Activated by public arts and public activities,the openness and inclusiveness-oriented industrial relics and their reconstruction in this year’s SUSAS show a delightful publicity.
