摘　　要：受森佩尔的理论影响,自19世纪末开始,许多维也纳建筑师积极探索不同材料在设计中的表达潜力,其中包括木材。文章通过研究三位维也纳建筑师--约瑟·普莱契尼克、阿道夫·路斯和赫尔曼·切赫在建筑设计中使用木材的方式,显示了建筑师对建筑的理解与其材料选择、表达方式之间的紧密联系。同时也展现了木材作为传统建材,在现代建筑中的不同应用可能。Inspired by Gottfried Semper’s theory,many Viennese architects had actively explored potential expressions of different materials in their design,including wood,since the end of the 19 th century.The article focuses on different strategies of wood application in the design of three Viennese architects:Joze Plecnik,Adolf Loos,and Hermann Czech.The study reveals close connection between theoretical background of the architects and their detailed designs.It also shows the potential of wood in current architectural design works.
