摘　　要：文章从论述北欧养老建筑设计理念的基本原则出发,剖析其基本逻辑与形成根源,并从养老机构居家化、社交层级的人格尊重化、社区共享的整体化以及景观灵活性与疗愈设计四个方面介绍基于北欧国家养老建筑设计理念的设计策略。希望借此对中国相关类型的建筑提供参照,引发对养老建筑设计深层逻辑的关注。This paper discusses the fundamental principles of the design concept of Nordic architecture for the aged,and analyzes its basic logic and origin.The author then analyzes in detail the design strategies based on the design concept of endowment buildings in Nordic countries from four aspects:home-based senior care institutions,personality-based social hierarchy,integrated community sharing,and landscape flexibility and healing design.It hopes to provide a reference to related types of buildings in China and shed light on the deep logic of the design of senior care buildings.
