摘　　要：小儿厌食是一种常见的儿童疾病。龙旭浩教授师承姚晶莹教授的临床证治经验,感悟姚晶莹教授对小儿厌食脾胃阴虚证的认识,临证治疗以滋阴清热为本,以运脾开胃为标,开创以养阴清肺汤为基础的经验方治疗小儿厌食阴虚内热证,随证加减,加以对证治疗,临床应用疗效显著。Anorexia in children is a common childhood disease.Professor LONG Xuhao learned from Professor YAO Jingying’s clinical experience on treating anorexia and Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach in children.The clinical syndrome differentiation treatment is based on nourishing Yin and clearing heat,aiming at invigorating the spleen and appetizing the stomach.The prescription based on Yangyin Qingfei Decoction to treat infantile anorexia of Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome has been created and at the same time the symptoms should be treated.The clinical effect is remarkable.
