左归补髓生血汤治疗急性白血病化疗后白细胞减少的疗效观察及对血清因子的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨左归补髓生血汤治疗急性白血病化疗后白细胞减少的疗效观察及对血清因子的影响。[方法]选择2016年10月-2018年10月郑州市第三人民医院收治的急性白血病化疗后白细胞减少患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗结合左归补髓生血汤治疗,比较两组疗效及患者血清因子水平。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率92.50%高于对照组72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)高于对照组,可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(s ICAM-1)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]左归补髓生血汤治疗急性白血病化疗后白细胞减少患者疗效较好,可改善患者血清因子水平。[Objective]The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the Zuogui Bushi Shengxue Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of acute leukemia and the effect on the serum factors.[Methods]Eighty patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random digital method,40 cases in each.In the control group,the routine treatment was used,and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment and combined with Zuogui Bushi Shengxue Decoction.The curative effect and the serum factors of the patients were compared in the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate of the observation group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(72.50%)and the difference was statistically significant.The expression of s ICAM-1 in the soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(s ICAM-1)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Zuogui Bushi Shengxue Decoction has better curative effect on acute leukemia after chemotherapy and can improve the levels of serum factors of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.
