祛湿化瘀解毒定痛汤辅助关节镜手术介入治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨祛湿化瘀解毒定痛汤辅助关节镜手术介入治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎的疗效。[方法]选择2018年1月-2019年1月河南省焦作市中医院诊治的72例急性痛风性膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组实施关节镜手术介入治疗,观察组加用祛湿化瘀解毒定痛汤,比较两组治疗效果及证候积分。[结果]治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组关节活动度、关节肿胀、关节疼痛均降低,治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在急性痛风性膝关节炎中应用祛湿化瘀解毒定痛汤辅助关节镜手术介入治疗效果较好,可有效改善临床症状,增强预后。[Objective]To investigate the effect of Qushi Huayu Jiedu Dingtong Decoction combined with arthroscopic intervention in the treatment of acute gouty knee arthritis.[Methods]From January 2018 to January 2019,72 patients with acute gouty knee arthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic intervention,and the observation group was treated with Qushi Huayu Jiedu Dingtong Decoction.The therapeutic effect and syndrome score of the two groups were compared.[Results]After treatment,compared with the control group,the range of joint motion,joint swelling and joint pain in the observation group were all decreased,and the total effective rate was higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of Qushi Huayu Jiedu Dingtong Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty knee arthritis is effective in the interventional treatment of arthroscopy,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the prognosis.
