清肺合剂内服防治放射性肺炎临床效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]探究放射性肺炎高危患者接受清肺合剂内服治疗的效果。[方法]将放射性肺炎高危患者60例以奇偶分组法进行随机分组,时间为2010年1月-2018年12月,对照组实施地塞米松静脉滴注治疗,实验组则同时实施清肺合剂内服治疗,分析两组治疗结果。[结果]实验组治疗的总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05);实验组放射性肺炎发生率较对照组低,P<0.05;2组治疗后的NK、CD4/CD8、CD4、CD3、CD8等免疫指标水平均较治疗前降低,其中实验组治疗后的NK、CD4/CD8、CD4、CD3、CD8等免疫指标水平均较对照组低(P<0.05)。[结论]放射性肺炎高危患者接受清肺合剂内服治疗,可获得较好的效果。[Objective]To investigate the effect of oral administration of Qingfei Mixture on patients with high risk of radiation pneumonitis.[Methods]Sixty patients with high risk of radiation pneumonitis in our hospital were randomly divided into groups by the odd-even group method.The time duration was from January 2010 to December 2018.The control group was treated with dexamethasone intravenous infusion,while the experimental group was treated with Qingfei Mixture.We analyzed the high risk of radiation pneumonitis in the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate was 93.33%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of radiation pneumonitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of NK,CD4/CD8,CD4,CD3,CD8and other immune indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The NK,CD4/CD8,CD4,CD3,CD8and other immune indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Patients with high risk of radiation pneumonitis received oral administration of Qingfei Mixture can obtain good results.
