摘　　要：实施立项评估是深化标准化工作改革的一个主要内容,是加强和控制标准质量源头的重要举措.本文在对国内外标准立项评估原则和主要内容研究的基础上,分析了我国推荐性标准立项的影响因素,结合目前推荐性国家标准立项的主要原则,提出一套推荐性标准立项评估综合指标体系,以期完善各层级标准评估体系,为加强标准立项评估工作提供理论方法和参考.Project evaluation is a major component of deepening the reform of standardization work and an important measure to strengthen and control standard quality.Based on the research on the principle and main content of domestic standards evaluation,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of China's voluntary standards project,and puts forward an evaluation index system of voluntary standards project based on the main principles of the current voluntary national standards project,in order to improve the standards evaluation system at all levels,and provide theoretical methods and reference for strengthening the standards project evaluation.
