摘  要:目的分离纯化吸水链霉菌LP-93菌丝体中的抗菌活性成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对菌株LP-93菌丝体中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据核磁共振、质谱、紫外光谱等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。采用微量二倍稀释法评价化合物的抗菌活性。结果从LP-93菌丝体中分离鉴定了1个洋橄榄叶素衍生物,其结构为11,11’-O-二甲基-14’-去乙基-14’-甲基-洋橄榄叶素。该化合物对结核分枝杆菌具有抑制活性,MIC值为0.48μg/ml。结论11,11’-O-二甲基-14’-去乙基-14’-甲基-洋橄榄叶素为吸水链霉菌LP-93抗菌活性成分之一。Objective To isolate the antibacterial constituents from the mycelium of Streptomyces hygroscopicus LP-93.Methods The compound was purified by silica gel chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.Its structure was elucidated by NMR,MS and UV spectroscopic data analysis.The antibacterial activity of the compound was evaluated by micro double broth dilution method.Results One elaiophylin derivative was separated from the mycelium of strain LP-93.Its structure was identified as 11,11’-Odimethyl-14’-deethyl-14 ’-m ethyl-elaiophylin.The compound showed antibacterial activity toward mycobacterium tuberculosis with MIC value of 0.48μg/ml.Conclusion 11,11’-O-dimethyl-14’-deethyl-14’-methyl-elaiophylinwas one of the antibacterial metabolites of Streptomyces hygroscopicus LP-93.
