某医学院学生时间管理倾向与焦虑的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解医学生时间管理倾向与焦虑情绪的关系,并探讨影响医学生焦虑情绪的因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,通过青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对某医学院718名医学生进行问卷调查。结果235名(32.7%)医学生存在焦虑倾向,不同性别、户籍、年级、是否独生子女等特征的医学生ATMD得分差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。医学生ATMD各维度得分及总分与SAS得分均呈负相关(r=-0.246^-0.152,P<0.05)。以SAS得分作为因变量进行多元线性回归分析,性别、年级、时间效能感3个变量对焦虑得分影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生、高年级学生焦虑得分较高,时间效能感得分越高,焦虑得分越低。结论医学生时间管理倾向与焦虑情绪呈负相关,学校和社会对男生、高年级学生应该给予更多关注。Objective To understand the relationship between time management disposition and anxiety of medical students,and to explore the influencing factors on anxiety.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,the Adolescence Time Management Disposition(ATMD) and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to investigate 718 medical students.Results 235(32.7%) medical students had anxiety tendency.And there was no significant difference in ATMD of medical students with different gender,household registration grade and whether they were only children(P>0.05).The scores of ATMD was negatively correlated with SAS(r=-0.246^-0.152,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis of anxiety showed that boys,senior students had higher scores,the higher time efficacy scores,the lower anxiety scores.Conclusion Time management disposition of medical students is negatively correlated with anxiety,and more attention should be paid to boys and senior students.
