摘　　要：在分析国内外智慧旅游发展现状的基础上,针对我国当前智慧旅游城市建设规划进程中基础设施建设、公共服务平台构建和应用系统开发等存在的问题,提出了涵盖技术、标准、安全、政策的"五纵"运维运营体系以及包括基础设施层、信息资源层、应用支撑层、应用层和决策层的"五横"框架体系,为我国智慧城市建设提供理论支撑和现实借鉴。Based on the analysis of smart tourism development, the construction of a five vertical-five horizontal framework to solve the problem in infrastructure construction,public service platform and system development in smart tourism city construction is proposed.Five vertical includes technology,standard,security,policy, maintenance and operation, while five horizontal includes infrastructure layer,resource layer,application support layer,application layer and decision layer,which provides theoretical support and practical reference for smart tourism city construction in China.
