摘　　要：目的观察非诺贝特对T2DM合并高甘油三酯血症(HTG)患者早期微量白蛋白尿(UAlb)的影响.方法选取2017年3月至2018年10月于我院内分泌科就诊的T2DM合并HTG患者50例,均早期出现UAlb.随机分为非诺贝特治疗组(Fen)和对照组(Con),每组各25例.Fen组予非诺贝特200 mg/d,Con组未应用调脂药物,观察180 d,比较治疗前后UAlb及各项生化指标变化.结果非诺贝特治疗180 d后,Fen组TG、血尿酸、UACR、FIns及胰岛素抵抗指数均较治疗前及Con组治疗前、后下降(P<0.05),HDL-C较治疗前及Con组治疗前、后升高(P<0.05).结论使用非诺贝特可改善T2DM合并HTG患者的早期UAlb.Objective This study was to investigate the efficacy of Fenofibrate in the treatment of microalbuminuria(UAlb)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with hypertriglyceridemia.Methods From March 2017 to October 2018,50 T2DM patients with hypertriglycemia and UAlb were selected from the Endocrine Department of our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups:Fenofibrate treatment group(Fen)and control group(Con),25 cases in each group?Fenofibrate 200 mg/d,was given to the Fen group and no lipid-lowering drugs were given to the con group.The changes of UAlb and metabolic indexes before and after treatment were compared after 180 days of treatment.Results The levels of TG,SUA’UACR,Fins and HOMA IR were significantly decreased after treatment in Fen group than those in Con group(P<0.05).HDL-C level in Fen group was significantly increased after treatment than the Con group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fenofibrate can improve microalbuminuria in T2DM patients with hyper triglyceridemia.
