农地产权结构、农地经营规模与农业环境效率

摘　　要：农地产权结构的变迁对农地经营规模产生影响,而农地经营规模又会对农业环境效率产生影响。首先从理论上梳理了农地产权结构通过农地经营规模影响农业环境效率的机制,然后利用1983-2015年全国28个省份的面板数据实证检验了这一机制。结果表明,农地使用权、农地收益权和农地处置权的排他性的增强对农地经营规模均有显著促进作用,而农地经营规模的扩大对农业环境效率的提高具有显著促进作用,并且农地使用权、农地收益权和农地处置权对农业环境效率具有显著促进作用。因此,农地产权结构中农地使用权、农地收益权和农地的处置权对农业环境效率具有直接作用,同时通过农地经营规模对农业环境效率产生间接效应。此外,不同区域农地产权结构通过农地经营规模对农业环境效率的影响机制存在差异。The change of farmland property structure has an impact on the farmland management scale,and the farmland management scale has an impact on the agricultural environment efficiency. Firstly,this paper theoretically sorted out the mechanism that the farmland property structure affects the agricultural environment efficiency through the farmland management scale. Then,this mechanism is empirically tested by using panel data of 28 provinces in China from 1983 to 2015. The results are that the increase of the exclusiveness of farmland use right,farmland income right and farmland disposal right has significant promoting effect on farmland management scale,while the expansion of the farmland management scale has a significant role in improving the agricultural environment efficiency,and farmland use right,farmland income right and farmland disposal right have a significant role in promoting the agricultural environment efficiency. Therefore,the farmland property structure has a direct effect on agricultural environmental efficiency,and indirect effect on agricultural environmental efficiency through the farmland management scale. In addition,there are differences in the impact mechanism of farmland property structure on agricultural environmental efficiency through the farmland management scale in different regions.
