摘 要:针对当前双主机转速单片机控制方法拟合度低、解耦性差的问题,提出基于FOC的两路串行通信接口双主机转速单片机控制方法。首先需对双主机转速信号进行采集,结合转速信号计算双主机转速传递函数,由此构建双主机转速的数学模型。根据双主机转速数学模型,对双主机的最大功率及双主机的转速值进行跟踪估计,将该值当作转速控制的定值,令双主机所捕获的机械功率、储能变化率以及电功率相加,得到双主机的机械功率;基于双主机机械功率上,利用FOC算法根据坐标变换,将两路串行通信接口双主机的定子电流做分解处理,分解成磁力电流和转矩电流分量,对其进行控制,实现了对双主机转速的单片控制。仿真结果表明,在对双主机转速单片机控制时,提出方法估计转速与实际转速的拟合度较高,并且当突加负载时能够快速的恢复到转速的给定值,当双主机无功功率变化时,转速没有任何波动,说明提出方法还具有较好的解耦性,验证了提出方法的优势。Due to low fitting degree and poor decoupling characteristic of current control method,this paper presents a method to control dual-host speed single-chip microcomputer in two-way serial communication interface based on FOC.First of all,it collected the signal of dual-host rotational speed and calculate the transfer function of dual-host speed by combining the rotational speed signal,and a mathematical model of the dual-host speed was built.On the basis of this model,the maximum dual-host power and the dual-host rotating speed value were tracked and estimated,which were regarded as the constant values of rotational speed control,so that the mechanical power,energy storage rate and electric power captured by dual-host were added together to compute the mechanical power of dual host.Based on this mechanical power,FOC algorithm was used to divide the stator current of dual host in two-way serial communication interface into magnetic current component and torque current component.Thus,the single-chip control for dual-host speed was achieved.Simulation results show that,during the single chip computer control,the proposed method has a higher fitting degree in estimating the speed with the actual speed.When the load is suddenly added,the speed based on the proposed method can quickly recover to the given value.When the reactive power of dual host changes,the speed is stable.On this basis,we can see that the proposed method has better decoupling ability.
