大直径钻孔用煤矿车载钻机研制及应用

摘　　要：为满足地面电缆孔和矿山地面救援孔等大直径深孔钻进的施工需要,对现有MDY-60型车载钻机结构进行分析研究,针对大直径深孔钻进对车载钻机的功能性要求,设计了大转矩回转器总成、大转矩卸扣装置和大开口孔口装置,最终形成了MDY-60A新型钻机及配套装置,并完成了性能测试及工业性试验。试验结果表明,改型后的钻机转矩大,上、卸扣效率高,孔口大直径钻具通过性好,可适用于空气潜孔锤钻进、气举反循环钻进和定向钻进等多种钻探工艺,为高效安全钻孔施工提供了设备保障。In order to satisfy construction demand of big diameter deep drilling in cable hole and rescue hole,the structure of MDY-60 truck-mounted drilling rig was researched. Aiming at the functional requirement of truck-mounted drilling rig in big diameter deep drilling, the power unit with big torque,break-out tong with big torque and big opening bore equipment were designed. At last,MDY-60A truck-mounted drilling rig and associated equipment were developed. The type test and industrial test were completed. The results of test show that the new rig has big torque,high efficiency of loading and unloading thread,big diameter drilling tool can pass through the bore. It can be used in many different drilling technologies such as air down the hole hammer,air-lift reverse circulation drilling and directional drilling,which provides equipment guarantee for efficiently safe drilling construction.
