摘  要:基于露采钻机钻杆的失效形式及原因分析,改进了两端内、外锥形螺纹接头的材质和结构,重新制作并替代了失效钻杆的螺纹接头,与钻杆管体重新联接,提出了失效钻杆修复工艺方案。结合修复工艺方案,从结构改进设计角度,提出了分体式钻杆的设计方案,并针对其特点和应用效果进行了说明和分析。失效钻杆修复工艺和分体式钻杆具有一定的推广应用价值。Based on the failure mode and cause analysis of the drill pipe of the open mining drilling rig,the material and structure of the tapered threaded joints at both ends were improved,and the threaded joint of the failed drill pipe was re-made and replaced,and reconnected with the drill pipe body. The process plan for repairing the failed drill pipe was proposed. Combined with the repair process plan,from the perspective of structural improvement design,the design scheme of the split drill pipe was proposed,and its characteristics and application effects were explained and analyzed. The drill pipe repair process and the split drill pipe have a certain application and promotion value.
