摘 要:螺旋溜槽是块煤仓防碎的重要手段。通过理论计算得到螺旋溜槽的4个关键参数的内部关系,应用MATLAB软件分析螺旋溜槽4个主要参数对标准段速度影响,确定了4个主要参数对螺旋溜槽使用效果的敏感程度,提出了参数的选取顺序。以千树塔煤矿块煤仓作为工程试验载体,进行了螺旋溜槽的设计,优化了螺旋溜槽的安装工艺。通过测量,块煤限下率平均下降14.3%,验证了螺旋溜槽设计的合理性以及螺旋溜槽主要参数选取顺序的正确性。The spiral chute is an important shatterproof means on lump coal bunker. The internal relations of four key parameters of spiral chute were obtained by theoretical calculation. The influence of four main parameters of spiral chute on the speed of standard section was analyzed by MATLAB. The sensitivity of four main parameters to the use effect of spiral chute was determined,and the selection order of parameters was put forward. Taking the lump coal bunker of Qianshuta coal mine as the engineering experimental carrier, the design of spiral chute was carried out, and the installation technology of spiral chute was optimized. Through measurement, the average lower limit of rate in lump coal is reduced 14.3%. The results verified that main parameters of the spiral chute and selection order of the spiral chute main parameters are correct.
