摘  要:掘进机工作过程中,由于煤、岩体强度不均匀,导致截割头常受到瞬时冲击载荷作用,造成截割减速器断齿故障频发。建立了行星齿轮系统动力学模型,研究了冲击载荷、断齿故障对系统响应的影响。结果表明,冲击载荷作用下行星齿轮发生断齿故障时,齿圈约束反力时域均值增大,时域波形中除了包含断齿故障产生的周期性冲击成分,还包含载荷突变产生的冲击。In the working process of roadheader, due to the uneven strength of coal and rock,the cutting head is often subjected to the action of instantaneous impact load,resulting in frequent broken teeth of cutting reducer. The dynamic model of planetary gear system was established to analyze the effect of impact load and broken tooth fault on system response. The results show that when under the impact load the planetary gear teeth are broken,the time-domain mean value of the backlash force is increased. The time domain waveform includes not only the periodic shock component caused by the broken tooth fault,but also the shock caused by the sudden change of load.
