摘 要:对调度绞车的工作原理进行分析后,确定采用PLC控制器与变频器结合的方式实现调度绞车的变速,研究基于PLC的矿用调度绞车控制系统的结构以及通过频率改变电机速度的控制原理,确定PLC控制系统的工作流程。采用模块化思想对控制系统的软件进行设计,介绍了控制软件的工作流程。为了验证PLC控制系统的控制效果,进行了仿真实验,实验结果显示,控制系统得到的速度曲线与理想曲线很接近,控制效果较好。After analyzing the working principle of the dispatching winch, it was determined that the shifting of the dispatching winch is realized by the combination of the PLC controller and the frequency converter. The control system structure of the mine dispatching winch based on PLC and the control principle of changing the speed of the motor by frequency were researched. The workflow of the PLC control system was determined. The modularization idea was used to design the software of the control system and the workflow of the control software was introduced. In order to verify the control effect of the PLC control system, the simulation experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the speed curve obtained by the control system is close to the ideal curve and the control effect is better.
